In short: we only collect what you send us yourself, we use it to answer you and fulfil orders, and we never sell it.
Who we are
This website is run by House of Tech, home of the Artix and Leafix brands. Artix is sold and marketed by SN Trading (GSTIN 09AENPN5878C1ZZ). "We" and "us" in this policy mean House of Tech.
What we collect
- Details you send us. When you use our contact or corporate gifting forms, your name, company, phone, email, occasion, product list and message are placed into a WhatsApp message or email that you choose to send. We receive them only if you press send.
- Your cart. Products you add to your cart are saved in your own browser so they are still there when you come back. This stays on your device; we cannot see it unless you send it to us.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log your IP address, browser type and pages visited to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
- To reply to your questions and prepare quotes.
- To process, deliver and support orders, including warranty claims.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising by other companies.
Third-party services
When you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, or buy through Amazon.in or Flipkart, those services handle your data under their own privacy policies. Links to YouTube, Instagram and Facebook take you to those platforms, which have their own policies too.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and order records only as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal requirements such as GST record keeping. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, withdraw your consent, or raise a grievance. Contact the grievance officer below and we will respond.
Children
Some of our products are made for children, but our website and forms are meant for adults. Parents or guardians should contact us on a child's behalf.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
