• Prices on Amazon.in, Flipkart and other retailers are set by those listings and may differ.
• Colours in photos may look slightly different on your screen. Product details can change as we improve our range.
• Items shown as "price on request" and all corporate gifting orders are priced by written quote.

How to buy

You can buy through our official Amazon.in and Flipkart listings, at our offices, or by ordering directly from us. The cart on this website is a shortlist: it does not take payment. Orders placed on a marketplace follow that marketplace's terms.

Corporate and bulk orders

Quotes are valid for the period stated on them. An order is confirmed once we accept it in writing and receive any agreed advance payment. Delivery dates depend on stock and the quantity ordered, and will be confirmed with your order.

Warranty

Artix products bought from an official listing or directly from us carry the brand warranty stated on the product listing or packaging. To claim, contact us with your order number or invoice. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, liquid damage or normal wear.

Our content

The Artix, Leafix and House of Tech names, logos, photos and text on this website belong to us. Please do not copy them without our written permission.

Liability

We work to keep this website accurate, but it is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses from using the website. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
